Use of AIA Logo By AIA Members

AIA Logo (From the AIA National By-Laws for Members)

The AIA has a heritage of service to the Architectural profession that stretches back more than 150 years. This heritage is embodied in the logo of the AIA. The image of the eagle and the column is a recognizable icon of the AIA and by authorization from the institute bylaws is available for use by eligible members. Use of the logo is explained below for the various member types. Access to the image files is also available below along with usage guidelines and information about color, size, and placement. Please do not alter the files, the spacing above and before the logo and member tagline is intentional and part of the AIA brand.

Use of the symbol must be accompanied by a tagline that reads, "Member of The American Institute of Architects." No other use of the symbol may be made without approval by the Executive Committee of the Board.
