Join AIA New Hampshire for our ever popular ARCHtoberfest held this year at Throwback Brewery in North Hampton, NH. We will hear from brewery owners and their architect, Alyssa Murphy, AIA from Placework, about how the building has performed over the last 9 years since its adaptive reuse from a barn on the historic Hobbs Farm.  

We will enjoy the brewery's libations and tastes from their menu.

Factory Tour: MadCo3D, Printing Buildings in Rochester, NH

Join AIA New Hampshire to tour the Production Facility of Madco3D, the second part of the series on 3d Printing as presented by Keene State College + AIANH at our April Chapter event.

Dan Bernard, Project Manager, MadCo3D, will continue the discussion on 3d-printed concrete technologies. The tour will include the Robotic 3d extrusion space that showcases the Hybrid House module, the sand deposition printing space and explanation and demonstration of large 3d printing techniques.

PlanNH: It Started with a Charrette: Go Littleton Go!

In 2019, the Town of Littleton embarked on their second Plan NH Community Design Charrette aimed at capitalizing on their riverfront and increasing vibrancy in their downtown area. Since that time, Littleton has implemented many of the recommendations made by the Plan NH Charrette Team and has become a place to be in New Hampshire!

Leave the office early on Thursday, July 18 and join PlanNH for a walking tour of downtown Littleton to learn more about their experience with the charrette process, the resulting recommendations, what’s taken place in Littleton since then.

Architects in Action 2024, an AIA Conference

The Architects in Action Conference is AIA’s premier state and local advocacy event. Participants will learn about recruiting, inspiring, and training advocates, hear from thought-provoking speakers on emerging policy issues, and engage with colleagues doing innovative work across the country. This conference is a virtual event, and open to all AIA members and chapter staff who are interested in advocacy training and policy issues impacting architects at the state or local level.

New members, emerging professionals, and experienced advocates are all strongly encouraged to attend.

Attendees may earn CE credits.
