AIANH awarded Emerging Professionals Component Grant from the AIA College of Fellows

AIA New Hampshire has received a 2022 Emerging Professionals Component Grant from the AIA College of Fellows to assist in implementation of Think3D. A collaborative effort between the AIANH Education Committee and our Emerging Professionals Network seeks to bring Think3d!, an elementary school STEM curriculum, to under-resourced school districts in New Hampshire.  Both an educational and outreach initiative, Think3d! is not only an enrichment opportunity for children but also one for young professionals to give service to communities.  

Emerging professionals will train teachers in the implementation of the program as well as volunteer in classrooms where students will learn about the field of architecture and the importance of STEM learning for a success design career. This grant will be utilized in fall 2022.
