Message from AIANH President

Letter from the President

Dear members and friends of AIANH,

The board has recently received an email forwarded from BSA Executive Director, Danyson Tavares, Assoc AIA, NOMA which outlines and declares in a letter to membership that current political events in Washington, DC will not deter the mission of the BSA and that the BSA will continue to shape healthier, more inclusive environments – places that foster belonging, opportunity and resilience.

The AIANH board echoes these statements. We will fulfill and continue to implement the goals of the AIANH Strategic Plan: our mission to elevate the profession and inspire architects to build a better New Hampshire, our vision to create stronger, equitable, and sustainable communities, and through these goals to advance equity in those communities and to provide environmental stewardship.

Membership should rest assured the Board and the Chapter will continue to provide leadership and education through programming and outreach.

Danyson Tavares closed his letter with the following:

“Now is the time to design with even more intention, ensuring the built world serves everyone.”

100%.

 Susan Phillips-Hungerford, AIA

2025 President, AIANH
